GeometryViewer ("we", "our", or "the app") is a 3D file viewer that runs entirely in your browser. This policy explains our data practices.

What data we collect

We collect no personal data. Specifically:

• 3D files you open are processed entirely on your device, in your browser. They are never uploaded to our servers.
• We do not collect names, email addresses, location data, or any other personal information.
• We do not use advertising or advertising identifiers.
• We do not use analytics or tracking cookies.

Local storage

The app may cache resources (JavaScript, icons) in your browser's standard cache to improve load times. No personal data is stored locally.

AR functionality

The augmented reality feature uses your device camera solely to detect flat surfaces for placing 3D models. No camera images or video are recorded, stored, or transmitted.

Permissions (Android app)

The GeometryViewer Android app is a Trusted Web Activity — it displays the geometryviewer.com website inside Chrome. It does not request permissions beyond those required for WebXR augmented reality (camera, device motion).

Third-party services

The app loads 3D rendering libraries from a CDN (jsDelivr). Standard network requests to cdn.jsdelivr.net occur when loading certain file formats; jsDelivr may log these requests per their own privacy policy.

Children

GeometryViewer does not knowingly collect any information from children. The app contains no content directed at children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
